Espace Saint-Rémi
The church of Saint-Remi was built between the 11th and 15th centuries. During the Revolution, the building ceased to be used as a church and its furnishings were scattered. It was used in turn as a forage storehouse, a customs warehouse, a stable and a garage, before becoming a lapidary storehouse for the Museum of Aquitaine. Renovated in 1998, the church became a cultural venue in 2000, hosting temporary exhibitions (paintings, sculptures, photographs, drawings etc.) and cultural events of all kinds (concerts, conferences, artistic events etc.).
